Section 1

Prohibited practices

The following are prohibited without exception.

  • Price-fixing.
  • Market allocation.
  • Bid-rigging.
  • Sharing competitively sensitive information with competitors.

Section 2

Trade associations and industry groups

Legal and compliance review all trade association and industry group engagement before Upstream BPO staff participate. Review happens in advance of participation rather than as a retrospective check.

Industry forums are where competitively sensitive information moves most easily between competitors, which is why the control sits at the point of entry.

Section 3

Training

Antitrust content is included in our compliance training and in onboarding.

During 2025, 100% of Upstream BPO employees completed fair competition training.

Section 4

Enforcement record

Upstream BPO recorded zero competition-law investigations and zero findings against the company in the past 12 months. We disclose this as a metric with its reporting period.

Section 5

Policy availability

Our fair competition policy is a contract-level document. We provide it on request rather than publishing it here.
